Founded in Geneva, Switzerland in May 2025, School of Conscience (良知学堂) is a non‑profit organization dedicated to empowering global students to engage in international affairs. Our mission is to foster student participation and awareness on a global scale, addressing critical challenges worldwide and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals—particularly in educational equality, social justice, and economic development. We aspire to extend our impact to underserved communities in Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Syria, and Sudan.

We offer global leadership programs, workshops and seminars for students and institutions that strengthen leadership skills and deepen international understanding. Through overseas volunteer opportunities, we empower responsible young leaders to support vulnerable communities—enhancing educational quality, living standards, and economic opportunity—to build a more equitable and interconnected world.

Global Citizenship Education

Switzerland,China,EU

School of Conscience prepares tomorrow's leaders through transformative Global Citizenship Education. Our programs combine humanities training, ethical leadership development, and hands-on experiences to equip students with the empathy and skills needed to address global challenges. We partner with institutions worldwide to make this vital education accessible to future change-makers.

School of Conscience aims to collaborate with international non-profit organizations to support home-based and community-driven digital learning, as well as offline learning centers offering supplementary education. Our curriculum includes language learning, math, teacher training, and other critical subjects to ensure local children—both boys and girls—have access to quality educational resources.

We seek partnerships with grassroots educational movements to mobilize community-based learning, even in areas with limited internet access. We champion policy reforms to certify learning outcomes, ensuring every child’s education—regardless of delivery method—is validated and valued.

Toski, Founder

Why School of Conscience(良知学堂)?

The world is undergoing rapid transformation. Globalization exposes a new generation of young leaders to a multicultural world marked by complex conflicts and competing interests. To navigate this, we require broader perspectives and deeper insight into the root causes of social challenges. Crucially, we must maintain our conscience—preserving dignity, humanity, and moral clarity amid uncertainty. Our future global leaders need a strong ethical compass.

Communities are interconnected like ripples across water—one event triggers another. No single permanent solution exists, but we can begin by confronting root causes and addressing urgent issues. Working together, leveraging technology, sharing resources—and above all, placing conscience at the center—can ignite meaningful change.

In an increasingly individualistic era, we champion communal values and inclusivity. Our shared humanity transcends race, religion, gender, nationality, and background. Charity is a habit—not a privilege reserved for the wealthy. Everyone can give—through time, effort, care, and love.

Students must first understand their personal identity, then their role within society. Aspiring socially responsible global leaders must open their minds and remain aware of unfolding events around the world.

The School of Conscience anchors our collective consciousness. We remind everyone that we are part of a larger global family and that each of us can—and should—do more.

In China, we recognize the distinctive educational and cultural environment. That is why we are committed to promoting global citizenship education and invite institutions to partner with us in cultivating Chinese students into informed, responsible global leaders.

Raise the next generations of responsible future leaders.

Our Approach

School of Conscience is devoted to nurturing global citizenship and cultivating responsible decision‑making in higher education. Our primary focus is enhancing institutional awareness of global citizenship and encouraging youth participation in SDG‑aligned community development initiatives. We aim to empower young leaders to launch humanitarian projects worldwide, equipped with integrity, confidence, and a deep understanding of global challenges. This foundation prepares them for future roles in academia or industry with credible credentials.

Our programs include both digital and in-person academic workshops, online volunteer teaching, and on-the-ground community outreach in underprivileged areas. We welcome partnerships with any institution committed to nurturing globally aware youth. We also work with faculty and administrators to co-create tailored global citizenship curricula and workshops.

Our programs include:

  1. Volunteer Programs
We deliver digital education in underdeveloped regions—such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Syria, and Sudan—supporting children with essential academic and life skills in language, reading, math, art, and crafts. We also organize volunteer projects aimed at boosting economic resilience in underserved communities.

  2. Guided Research
Under the mentorship of experienced university professors and renowned lecturers, we conduct academic research in underdeveloped regions. Our goal is to identify pressing social issues hindering education and living standards and to develop sustainable, impactful solutions.

  3. Global Humanitarian Events
Our members receive exclusive opportunities to participate in international humanitarian conferences. Within this interconnected circle of charitable innovation, participants gain valuable insights from global organizations and peers, fostering inspiration and creative ideas to confront global challenges. These events also offer a profound sense of belonging and hope in humanity's potential.

  4. Innovation Fund
Subject to financial availability, we offer resources and platforms to support member‑led initiatives with transformative potential. We encourage our members to continue deepening their humanitarian engagement.

Our Compass

“Conscience” is seldom emphasized in our digital age, despite its vital role. Technology was supposed to enhance quality of life—but all too often, it promotes instant fame, attention-seeking, and superficiality over social responsibility, integrity, and empathy.

Conscience stands against injustice, immorality, greed, and dehumanization. It embodies humanity’s essence—love, connection, and mutual support, echoing the traditional communal spirit of helping neighbors fix problems, share meals, and care for each other’s children in times of need.

In an era dominated by influencers, media often encourages divisiveness and opportunism. Conscience offers a counter-narrative—one rooted in hope and collective responsibility. Educating the next generation to recognize their interconnected roles inspires purpose and sustains hope for future generations.

We believe we still have a chance.
